Taking care of our skin everyday step by step is very important in order to achieve a luminous & fresh skin of a natural beauty. I try to follow a routine and not skip it :) I never go to bed with my make up on, I can’t stand that feeling and I’m one of those who enjoys following the ritual of it. I like feeling like I’m taking care of myself and for me it’s not only about the appearance but the philosophy of it. I’m also after getting good habits and a healthy lifestyle, at the moment I’ve achieved the most important one… stopping smoking! I try to drink loads of water & juices as well as eating healthily.

Cuidar cada día nuestra piel paso a paso, es fundamental para conseguir luminosidad y la frescura de una belleza natural. Yo Intento ser disciplinada y no suelo saltarme nunca mi rutina :) Jamás me acuesto maquillada, no soporto esa sensación y además yo soy de las que disfruta siguiendo todo el ritual. Me gusta sentir que me cuido y para mi tiene un significado que no solo noto en la piel, también en la mente. Además intento coger buenas costumbres, de momento estoy orgullosa porque he conseguido la más importante: ¡¡No al tabaco!! Intento beber mucha agua, zumos de fruta naturales y también comer alimentos más saludables.

Another important thing are our emotions like being stressed… because how we feel inside ends up showing on the outside. When we are felling good our skin becomes softer and fresh. In those moments anything you add onto your skin will encourage that magic effect even more. This is what I’m working on at the moment as the are my weak point.
Otro factor muy importante son nuestras emociones, el estrés… porque nuestro estado de ánimo y cómo nos sentimos por dentro al final se transmite en el exterior. Cuando estamos bien la piel se vuelve más tersa y luminosa. En esos momentos todo el cuidado que pongas en la piel del rostro potenciará ese efecto mágico. Ahora estoy trabajando estas últimas porque son mi punto débil.
