Mi cabello es fino y normal pero con tendencia a engrasarse, durante el día a día se me ensucia mucho y por por eso necesito lavarlo con frecuencia. A lot of you ask me about my diet and if I make any sports, I think miracles don’t exist and it’s important to have a good and healthy routine. Exercise, drink water , cut down stress and rest are the main base of a healthy life. It’s been 4 months now since I quit smoking and despite feeling really good I tend to eat snacks between hours, if only I’ve discovered before the «gummynolas»

Hacer algo de ejercicio, beber mucha agua, reducir el estrés y buen descanso son gestos fundamentales para llevar una vida sana. Llevo 4 meses sin fumar y aunque he cogido algo de peso por culpa de picar entre horas, me siento muy bien :) Ojalá hubiera encontrado antes las «gummynolas»

Taking care of our skin everyday step by step is very important in order to achieve a luminous & fresh skin of a natural beauty. I try to follow a routine and not skip it :) I never go to bed with my make up on, I can’t stand that feeling and I’m one of those who enjoys following the ritual of it. I like feeling like I’m taking care of myself and for me it’s not only about the appearance but the philosophy of it. I’m also after getting good habits and a healthy lifestyle, at the moment I’ve achieved the most important one… stopping smoking! I try to drink loads of water & juices as well as eating healthily.

Cuidar cada día nuestra piel paso a paso, es fundamental para conseguir luminosidad y la frescura de una belleza natural. Yo Intento ser disciplinada y no suelo saltarme nunca mi rutina :) Jamás me acuesto maquillada, no soporto esa sensación y además yo soy de las que disfruta siguiendo todo el ritual. Me gusta sentir que me cuido y para mi tiene un significado que no solo noto en la piel, también en la mente. Además intento coger buenas costumbres, de momento estoy orgullosa porque he conseguido la más importante: ¡¡No al tabaco!! Intento beber mucha agua, zumos de fruta naturales y también comer alimentos más saludables.

Another important thing are our emotions like being stressed… because how we feel inside ends up showing on the outside. When we are felling good our skin becomes softer and fresh. In those moments anything you add onto your skin will encourage that magic effect even more. This is what I’m working on at the moment as the are my weak point.
Otro factor muy importante son nuestras emociones, el estrés… porque nuestro estado de ánimo y cómo nos sentimos por dentro al final se transmite en el exterior. Cuando estamos bien la piel se vuelve más tersa y luminosa. En esos momentos todo el cuidado que pongas en la piel del rostro potenciará ese efecto mágico. Ahora estoy trabajando estas últimas porque son mi punto débil.

Today I want to show you one of my favourite beauty trends that I’ve discovered lately, Juicy Shaker from Lancôme. Is a gloss in the shape of a cocktail mixer that I love because of its amazing colour and also because of the beauty oils that give extra moisture. There’s 14 different shades and my one is Meli Melon, a beautiful pink that tastes of melon! You will want to bite it :O To finish my look I’ve wore a green bomber full of patches. I really like it and think is quite funny, I’m wearing it quite a bit in my day to day looks.

Hoy os quiero enseñar una de las novedades beauty más atractivas que he recibido ultimamente, Juicy Shaker de Lancôme. Es un gloss en forma de coctelera que me ha encantado porque además de color tiene aceites esenciales e hidrata muchísimo. Existe en 14 tonos y el mío es el Meli Melon, un rosa precioso que huele como su nombre indica a melón!! Y dan ganas de comértelo :O Para completar el look me he puesto la prenda más puntera del momento, una bomber en verde caqui repleta de parches. A mi personalmente me divierte y no me ha costado nada adaptarla a mis estilismos del día a día.

If someone asks which are my untouchables, clothes or routines that I feel myself with today’s look would be a good example. I’m devoted to black dresses, opened backs, chic sunnies and I never forget to put my perfume on. In these photos i’m wearing a touch from Coco Mademoiselle the new limited edition has the shape of a lipstick and I have to say it has come to my purse to stay :) I love the cream suede cover and the small format to be able to apply every second. The gorgeous dress is from Zara, my trench from Blanco. I combined it with my YSL bag, Fendi sunnies and my perfume Coco Mademoiselle de Chanel. This is all for today folks, have a great day! Si me preguntan por imprescindibles, tipo de prendas o gestos con los cuales me sienta identificada, el look de hoy sería una buena respuesta. Soy fiel a los vestidos negros, a los escotes en la espalda, a las gafas de sol sofisticadas y nunca me olvido de perfumarme. En las fotos llevo un «Toque de Perfume» de Coco Mademoiselle El nuevo formato de esta edición limitada esta inspirado en una barra de labios y tengo que decir que ha llegado a mi bolso para quedarse :) Me encanta la funda en ante beige que lo envuelve y el aplicador para poder perfumarme en cualquier momento. El vestido tan ideal es de Zara, la gabardina de Blanco, que combiné con bolso de YSL, gafas de sol Fendi y perfume de Coco Mademoiselle de Chanel.Esto es todo por hoy, muchos besos y feliz día! Sigo con un fuerte jet lag y aún aclimatándome al frío. El cambio es brutal, hace dos días estaba en la playa y ahora en Madrid estamos pasando por los días más fríos del invierno. Además ayer tocaba hacer fotos, así que como dice el refrán, al mal tiempo buena cara! :)
Algunos looks no me permiten ir muy abrigada, pero ahora mismo no me la puedo jugar ya que tengo mil frentes abiertos. Como no quiero resfriarme he tomado medidas intentando protegerme por todos los medios. Mientras estamos en la calle suelo tomar bebidas calientes, como mi té preferido con leche. También estoy abusando de prendas calentitas, como el gorro y el cuello de Rituals de punto grueso tejido a mano, las botitas de UGG y el chaquetón de borreguito. Tampoco me olvido de proteger las zonas más expuestas como las piel de los labios y de las manos ya que con el frío tiende a resecarse. New collection of perfumes Oriental Essences from Rituals is a direct trip to the far East through senses. Its ingredients take us to exotic places like Byzantium, remote Kashmir or Himalaya, where history and legend become one. An different olfactory experience that has seduced me with the exotic and mysterious vibes from the far East. In these photos I’m trying the «Fleurs de l’Himalaya» with wild Orchid, peonies from Himalaya and cotton musk mmmmmm sounds good doesn’t it?

With Oriental Essences I’ve inspired myself with my last trip to Marrakesh. The colour of the dessert, the little streets at the zoco, the patins, the mountains, the big oasis and palaces that get you back to the . I’m wearing a paillete dress from Pinko and a few drops from Oriental Essences. Have a nice Thursday! Silvia

La nueva colección de perfumes Oriental Essences de Rituals es un viaje al lejano Oriente a través de los aromas.
